Boasting more than 80 powerful voices, the Chorus of the Southern Finger Lakes is a group of enthusiastic community musicians who perform with the Orchestra of the Southern Finger Lakes.
Join the Chorus!
The Chorus is lead by Bill Cowdery. Singers of all ages are invited to join the Chorus of the Southern Finger Lakes for its 2011-2012 concert season. The Chorus will perform twice this season with Toshiyuki Shimada and the Orchestra of the Southern Finger Lakes: Sunday, December 11, 2011 and Sunday, March 11, 2012 at the Clemens Center, 4:00 PM.
There's nothing quite like singing with a full symphony orchestra. Choristers have called the experience "Powerful", "Life-affirming", and "Breathtaking". Chorus members come back year after year to perform with the region's only professional symphony orchestra. Come get involved in your community musical arts!
